Ella Roush: Here is a draft agenda for Friday's meeting. Our meeting location is tentatively set for Harleysville Insurance. See you then!

Ella Roush: I looked over Theresa's agenda, and it looks good. Wow, the Summit is coming up quickly now!

Ken Byler: I added the January 18 agenda to the Leadership Team Project Page under Meetings as well. I think we need to spend some quality time discussing the Interview process since we are fast approaching that deadline and I'm not sure where we stand with Summary Forms being submitted to Karen.

Theresa Schwartzer: Ray, I looked at your Design Notes and they look thorough and fine. I'll be working on a Logistics Assignment Sheet this weekend.
Attached is also the draft of next week's agenda. I was pumped from this morning!

Ken Byler: I am prepared to do this if we have time. I think it would be good for everyone to understand the basics.

Theresa: I think if we have time it will be helpful

Theresa Schwartzer: Sorry, the last question was mine.

I think the agenda looks fine. Does anyone know what numbers we are at with RSVPs?
Posted at Dec 13/2007 11:07AM:
We just want to check, is this where you would like meeting minutes to be posted? I think we can create a link from the Meetings page that can take people to archived meeting minutes and agendas, if that is important?

Ken Byler: Ella, I think the sooner everyone gets used to this site as our source for communication the better.
Posted at Dec 12/2007 04:09PM:
Ella Roush: So, shall we ask Cyndi to direct people to the agenda for Monday through a link to this page?
Posted at Dec 12/2007 10:03AM:
Ray: I think the agenda is fine. Sorry it took awhile to look at it. Was out yesterday, and could not access the file for awhile.
I think right now the two key priorities are: a) managing the invitation process/getting people in the room/matching them with interviewees, and b) generating positive buzz/press.
Posted at Dec 11/2007 01:42PM:
Ken Byler: My apologies for the initial broken link to the agenda. Perhaps when I moved the file to this page I copied something incorrectly. Try again, everyone!
Posted at Dec 11/2007 01:27PM:
Ella Roush: Ken, I cannot open it either. I've tried clicking words, icon, right clicking, etc. Help!
Posted at Dec 11/2007 07:52AM:
Ken Byler: Ray, I tested the link and am having no problems opening the document. Try placing your cursor right over the small icon before the underlined agenda ".doc" and choose the view option.

Ray Wells: The agenda documnet is "broken" - I cannot open it. Is there something I need to do?
