Good afternoon everybody:

Attached are two documents.  

The first is minutes from this morning's team meeting and the second is a copy of some handouts from Ken Byler from his presentation on team processes/team dynamics.  A power point outline will be put on the Project Forum website by Thursday evening at the latest; you could check late this evening (after 10PM) at the earliest.  The web address is:  http://sites.projectforum.com/npuw/it/28  This will be the first draft of our game plan using the KickStart Program.  From this program we will develop our action plans and accept tasks to work toward our team goals.

The first is self explanatory.

The second attachment I would like you to review and call me at your convenience to discuss in more depth if you did not hear Ken's presentation.  If you did hear Ken's presentation, then I'd ask you to let me know where you think you fit in.  After talking to everyone I would like to have a sense of whether we have a significant gap in our skills/preferences as we move forward toward action on our plans and goals.

Also, if you know anyone who you think would enjoy being on the diversity team you can either contact that person yourself or ask one of our team members to contact him or her.  It would be great to have more people--more hands, lighter work per person!
