The North Penn United Way recognizes, supports and promotes diversity in every aspect of its operation. This includes, but is not limited to, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, individuals with special needs which is reflective of our ever changing North Penn and Indian Valley Communities.
PRIMARY GOALS
- Identify the diverse groups and include proven diversity in NPUW operations and all agency partners.
- Partner with various organizations to create a community communication network.
KEY BENEFITS
- Through expanded diversity, the NPUW has increased its donor base.
- By our emphasis on diversity, the NPUW has broadened its community impact.
